Q: What is 'Depot to Depot'?

A: Depot to Depot is the method of calculating the time for your move, in most circumstances you will be charged from the time the truck leaves the depot, up until the truck returns to the depot. This is standard for hourly rate moves across the removalist industry.

 

Q: Can I use my own boxes for packing?

A: If you would like to use your own boxes you will need to ensure the boxes are sturdy and durable to avoid any damages during transit. Perry Removals is flexible with being able to provide loan cartons for most moves. |Please contact Perry Removals for more details.

 

Q: Do I need to have insurance?

A: The short answer is Yes. Perry Removals have Transit and Public Liability Insurance, however this does not cover for loss or damage to goods in transit. We recommend all customers contact their contents insurer as many policies do cover your goods in transit. We can provide contact details for transit insurance should a customer ask. However we are not associated with any insurer nor do we specifically endorse any company.

A: You can call the team at Perry Removals if you have questions regarding the services we offer or for any unusual moving requests. 

 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Perry Removals is able to offer multiple payment methodsincluding Cash on Delivery, Direct Deposit and Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard). Due toincreased Credit Card costs there is a 3% surcharge for Credit Card Payments. We therefore encourage Cash or Direct Deposit payments.
